We're a family bakery on Bay Street, baking sourdough loaves, baguettes, croissants, pies and sausage rolls — with coffee from a local roaster to go with them.
What we bake
Everything is made on site, starting before sunrise. Here's what you'll find on the counter most days.
Baguettes
Crisp crust, soft middle. Good on their own, better with butter.
Croissants & cinnamon scrolls
Layered, buttery pastries, straight from the oven in the early morning.
Pies & sausage rolls
Hearty, hand-made savouries for breakfast or lunch.
Coffee
Coffee by a local roaster — grab one with your pastry on the way to work.
Cakes to order
Birthday and celebration cakes made to order with three days notice.
